By accessing or using Bible with AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Bible with AI provides access to Bible texts in multiple translations, AI-powered Bible study tools, verse search, sermon generation, and related features. Some features require a paid subscription.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. AI-Generated Content

The AI features provide information and commentary for educational and devotional purposes. AI-generated content should not be considered a substitute for professional counseling, medical advice, or authoritative theological teaching. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may contain errors. Bible text is sourced from public domain translations.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service (bots, scrapers)
• Share your account credentials with others

7. Intellectual Property

The Bible texts provided are in the public domain. The website design, AI prompts, and original content are the property of Bible with AI. You may share AI-generated responses for personal, educational, or ministry use.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
